<h2>Sales Programme modules</h2>

1

Recognise and attract your ideal customer

Learn to see your business through your best clients' eyes. Understand what they're searching for and why - so your team can write messages that bring the right people to you.
2

Qualify early with confidence

Engage with and identify right-fit leads fast and say no clearly when it's not a match. Ultimately, protecting your time and margin is a skill, and a kindness to both parties.
3

Run a discovery conversation that builds trust

Ask better questions across online and in-person touchpoints. Uncover real need, reduce pressure, and move things forward without a script.
4

Handle objections honestly

Start to sit with doubt, address it directly, and move forward without pressure. Real objection handling feels nothing like the tactics you've been taught to fear.
5

Create proposals that help clients decide

Write clear, confident proposals that do the work for your client. Then close with integrity, including when to upsell, downsell, and when to walk away.
6

Design onboarding that earns referrals

The sale doesn't end at close. First, learn to build an onboarding experience that creates loyalty, generates referrals, and reduces acquisition cost over time.
How the programme works

Structured for lasting behaviour change

Intentionally, this isn't a one-day workshop you'll forget by Friday. The Trust Advantage runs over 8–10 weeks with 20 contact hours - long enough for real habits to form. First, join a full-day kickoff built around the sales flywheel: Delight, Lead, Qualify, Discover, Engage, Propose, Close. From there, four 90-minute online sessions cover right-fit leads, discovery conversations, objection handling, and closing - including knowing when to walk away. Importnatly, role-play features in every session - because confidence only comes from doing. The programme wraps with a hands-on final lab: live deals, coached practice, and a plan for how your team keeps it going. Most cohorts run 15–20 people.

What the research tells us about trust-based selling in NZ

In typical NZ B2B pipelines, only around 1 in 7 deals closes. That's not a closing problem - it's a qualification and trust problem. And it's most pronounced in trades and professional services.

In NZ 14% is an average close rate

Most losses happen before the proposal - due to poor fit and late qualification.

Trust consistently outperforms price

Where trust is strong, price sensitivity drops and fit wins the deal.

Cohort learning accelerates behaviour change

Peer learning helps new sales habits form faster and stick longer than solo study alone.

In professional services, trust has to form before the first real conversation even begins. And the evidence is consistent: sales training that starts with customer understanding outperforms scripts-first approaches every time. The Trust Advantage is built on exactly that. Qualify early. Run discovery conversations that reduce friction. Let the Trust Equation do its work - so your sales process feels more human, and simply more effective.
