Who these programmes are for
Small and medium businesses are the lifeblood of New Zealand, and building their capability is part of what Good CX is for. These programmes are for leaders ready to start a journey: growing the capacity of your team, and your own understanding of what it means to put the customer at the heart of the business, whatever the task in front of you.
They are education, not consulting. If you need strategy, a transformation programme or hands-on implementation, that is advisory work: bespoke, longer, and a different level of investment. You can see how the two fit together on the services page.

Common questions about our registered programmes
Is Good CX a training provider?
Partly. Good CX is an experience and innovation advisory based in Auckland. It also offers a small number of one-to-one education programmes registered with the Regional Business Partner Network. Those programmes have a fixed scope, fixed hours and a fixed price, and none of them is a certificate course. Advisory work is bespoke and priced separately.
Which Good CX programmes are registered with the Regional Business Partner Network?
The Trust Advantage, Leadership vision and roadmapping, and AI Coaching for Executives. Each is a one-to-one programme. The full list is on the courses page and on the RBP portal.
How do I find out if my business is eligible for support?
Good CX offers services that are registered with the Regional Business Partner Network. To explore if your business is eligible for support, contact your local Regional Business Growth Advisor here: Find your local Regional Business Partner.
Can Management Capability Development funding be used for Good CX strategy or consulting work?
Management Capability Development funding is only available through the Regional Business Partner Network (RBP) Growth Advisors and can be used with service providers registered with the RBP Network. Only our education programmes are registered. Strategy, transformation and implementation are separate advisory engagements with Good CX.
How much does Good CX cost?
It depends on the tier. Registered education programmes are one-to-one packages with fixed prices from NZ$5,000, published on the RBP portal. Insight and strategy engagements, covering discovery, insight development and strategic blueprinting, typically start from NZ$20,000. Implementation is scoped after strategy. The prices on the RBP portal apply only to the registered programmes.
What happens in a one-to-one programme?
A fixed number of sessions with a senior practitioner, built around your business rather than a generic syllabus. You leave with a working artefact you can use, a sales approach, a roadmap or an AI decision framework, and with more capability in the room than you started with. There is no certificate, because the point is what you can now do.
Who are the programmes for?
Leaders of small and medium New Zealand businesses who are committed to growing their team’s capability and their own understanding of putting the customer at the heart of the business. They are education programmes, not consulting or implementation.
