Go-to Gen Z Ideator

Every good CX agency needs a great student intern! Meet Emma Ma, who helped us out with content production, the Gen Z lens and keeping our young adult radar sharp.

During her internship, Emma was in her final year at the University of Auckland, working toward a Bachelor of Business and a Bachelor of Science. With a great head for strategy and numbers, Emma is also something of a violin virtuoso. Naturally, her ability to improvise on the strings and work as a part of orchestras like the Auckland Philharmonia & University Orchestra allowed her to bring vitality and creativity to consumer audiences.

Voice of Gen Z

Talking to Emma, you’d get quick, thoughtful insights into the Gen Z consumer, their habits and top trends. A rising Food Influencer, Emma was also developing content for student bodies.

We met Emma through the fabulous He Ira Wahine Mentoring Programme at the Business School of Auckland University. In a moment of serendipity, Liz was paired with Emma and it just felt like the perfect match!

During her time with us, Emma helped with workshops and courses, as well as behind the lens on reels. In her spare time, Emma is a dedicated Foodie. Follow her top tips for Auckland eats on her Instagram foodblog.
